Architecture is symbolic of a particular age, a point in time and a state of mind. The way our buildings and structures look will be one of the visible reflections of our era and what future generations will use to judge the thinking of our time.
Thetaplan provides professional services that strive for perfection in the art of architecture through our use of space, volume, light, texture and materials. Our design is fresh and innovative yet very much South African. Our services are mostly applied in the urban design of large developments and residential estates but also include planning, designing and overseeing the construction of multi-use and mixed-use communities, industrial and commercial estates, low-, medium- and high-density residential property, offices, and retail developments to a lesser degree. Our contemporary approach seeks to create structures that are feasible, cost effective and relevant.
