Dovetail was created to address a long-standing need in the property market, for structured collaboration between the various players in the development arena.
Through Dovetail, Thetaplan applies its expertise to getting development projects off the ground and seeing them through to successful completion, using a joint venture approach and being flexible in terms of the role it plays.
This approach attracts land-owners, developers and other relevant parties, and gives them the opportunity to participate and invest in projects with excellent returns without having to do the work themselves.
