This office development for Growthpoint Properties forms the benchmark in the well established Constantia Office Park on the 14th Avenue off-ramp to the N1 (Weltevreden Park). The project classifies as an A-grade building and features Primedia Outdoor as its first tenant.

The architects made limited reference to the existing, reasonably conservative office blocks in the Park and designed a building of comparable magnitude to the impressive MTN Head Office across the freeway.

Natural, maintenance free materials were used and a concerted effort was made to provide advertising potential to the tenants in the building, visible for kilometers away, especially from the north.
