This was one of the first land parcels to be developed following the successful conceptual design of Waterfall City by Thetaplan.

The brief called for an up market equestrian estate with central clubhouse, equestrian sports fields, stables and an exclusive quest house.

Thetaplan initiated the urban design and then developed the architecture to reflect an honest farm architecture but with finishes, detailing and materials of uncompromising quality.

Per the stipulations of the Waterfall Islamic Institute, the plots were not sold but acquired by a long term lease held.

It is encouraging that the initial residences in the estate also reflect the design idiom of the estate buildings.
