This sectional title development consists of 200 apartments, situated on intimate, narrow streets as in the older cities worldwide.

The diversity and individual taste of the residences were acknowledged by the architects and although all the elevations differ, the basic units are repetitive.

The apartments also shield the cars and carports which usually deface developments of this density and nature. The hidden car parks also ensure higher security for vehicles.

Specific attention was also devoted in the urban design to allow this project to be integrated into society, if in years to come crime reduces and the requirement for security becomes less important.
