This project was developed for BHP Billiton by Dovetail Properties and the architects developed the clients brief into an easily understood, logical concept.

This consisted primarily of a curved communication and circulation spine with office “fingers” feeding off the spine. The spine separates the administrative functions in the offices (per the open plan BHP Billiton policy), from the boardroom / meeting room functions which punch through the spine wall.

The project is situated in the Witbank N4 Business Park and enjoys prime visibility from the freeway.
