| San Ridge Residential Midrand.
San Ridge Village is a sectional title development, consisting of 325 units, aimed at the young single and newlywed home-owner in Midrand. It is located just off New Road and offers the residents the convenience of two adjacent shopping centres’ with a number of restaurants, as well as a crèche and clubhouse which forms part of the development.
The architects acknowledged the strong desire of the new, post renaissance South African, to express their individuality. Hence, every module is individually designed and provides a point of reference as apposed to just being a number in a development.
The landscaping, especially around the entrance and Boulevard, is done with care using endemic trees, shrubs and groundcovers.
This was the first time that a development in Gauteng acknowledged such diversity, emanating from the social fabric of the South African Rainbow nation.
