This prepratory school is situated in Midrand and grew from a modest 15 pupils to a considerable 300+ pupils today. The Board of Trustees briefed the architects to design a functional, modern school which will age gracefully over decades, to match the landmark private schools in South Africa. Mira Fassler-Kamstra assisted Thetaplan with the concept, which was refined using raw materials in their natural state, thus minimizing maintenance. The school consists of a pre-school, junior and senior prepratory and is designed for roughly 600 pupils. A high school is envisaged on the adjacent property in the foreseeable future.
